es ratio

Is an es ratio of 0.44-0.44.5 bad if u have a compact midface (1-1.05), i think its because of my zygos and my ipd should be fine. Can send pics if someone can help

It's not ideal and will have a mild impact on your facial harmony. 0.44-0.445 is okay though and not death tier.

Sounds stupid but if i am 18%-20% bf, is it possible for face to somehow get thinner and reduce my zygomatic width since theres also fat there and make my esr higher?
