It didn't came from nowhere. I think the fact that you're a 5'5 diabetic loser with acne and a shit tier personality has something to do with that. We can go all the way from childhood to this moment. Anxiety doesn't land from the sky. It's a loop of thoughts you lost track of and now you think it's just magically there.
