I've measured my ipd myself with a ruler and that came out to 6.7 cms and i also measured my zygo width which came out to 15.8 cm skin surface but 14.8 when i press into the skin. im currently a little overweight would losing weight and reducing my sodium intake decrease my skin surface width to 15.3?

take a pic from a distance and measure with that, far more accurate than trying to measure on your face with a ruler because your face is not just a flat surface but 3d

from what you told me to do. i took a picture for 6 feet away

But from that you'd not get the actual distance but it's good for measuring for example interpupillary by bizygomatic distance. I guess you could calculate the actual distance from it if you want to know by how many mm you want less of your bizygomatic width but just for ratios and angles pics are much better than trying to do it irl with a ruler
