What kind of picture is more to be trusted? Back camera in the mirror or selfie?

Back camera = esr is 0.47 which is fine but on selfies it shows like 0.5-0.51 and I don't want to rope

that's in ideal range apparently, anything under 0.45 or over 0.5 is rope material i've heard

Yea but I couldn't get malar implants to widen my face because it would lower my esr more I think
