My esr was measured at 0.45, is this good?
Also im told in person that my eye area slays just the rest of my face is cooked

Picture isnt the best, just used a sleep deprived one which wasnt frauded and easy to see the eye.

Nontheless im open for any tips

ideal ESR is 0.46, so you’re good, i think when it gets above 0.50 or below 0.42 then it becomes a major failo but ur good
