What are some basic foods I can eat where I won’t be hungry all day to make multiple meals to eat healthier cause I eat like trash rn
And my face is puffy

Looks like pizza. Not that satiating and suited for weight loss tbh
It was made 1500 years before Pizza was a thing
Also I use it to GAIN weight as I'm very skinny.
 
Eggs, milk, lean beef, turkey, chicken, rice. Basically the more ingredients something has the less healthy it is likely to be
