Thank you, I understand that but I really have no one to talk to and it feels as if talking won’t even do anything. I have severe ADD and my brain is honestly just fried, I have aspirations but I just can’t bring myself to ever take action. It just feels like I wake up, rot, hit the gym and go to sleep and I can’t do nothing to help myself.

I understand what position you're in trust me if it's your first time at theraphy it will likely get some off your chest and likely put your aspirations into actions with the right method of guideance likely by the hands of the therapist in a couple of sessions, it works thus why there is a science dedicated to it

If you can't reach theraphy n that's fine (still try to explain it to your parents) atleast do your best to reach out to a family member that you believe to be empathetic, a religious personnel with a good reputation if you come across can substitute as one, no one will care about your past if you're in dire need of these conversations don't back down from it, if you can't do these aswell then you can talk to me
