It's very tricky, everyone stores fat differently. For me I start to see them slightly when not flexing at 13. If you post a picture I'll estimate your bodyfat

He's definitely not 10 or even 12%

I'm 10% and abs are very visible when not flexing

I always was naturally lean. Didn't really ever cut. Was probably under 12% since I was 12.

I maintain it by working out and not going overboard with unhealthy food.
