Well i went from obese to this , been cutting for 6 months
Its getting too hard and im skinny/skinnyfat at worst
So im prob gonna bulk

I got on a bulk
Maintenance is good for where you’re at. A bulk with your current level of insulin sensitivity will result in primarily fat gain. You’re looksminning yourself (fat) and creating work for your future self (a cut) for minor (at best) additional gains.

Once you’ve built a semi-decent amount of muscle, you can cut, then bulk.

No, you should maingain at caloric maintenance like about 2500 cals daily and focus on hitting 200-300g carbs preferably pre workout(2 hours before working out for complex carbs and simple carbs 1hr before workouts with some caffeine 30mins pre)and a few carbs post workout. 0.8-1g of protein per pound of body weight and most ideally use testosterone or a cycle including anavar to maximize masculinity

And then a 350cal cut for 1+ month and see how it goes

You can see bf% by somebody like TNF online the way he rates somebody's bf% and compare that to yourself as well as the way other pro bodybuilders are rated

You should cut after hitting at least 165-170 pounds at a lean bodyfat minimum

You’ll gain a significant amount of fat because you aren’t starting your bulk anywhere near 12% bf, (= shit insulin sensitivity) the additional muscle you gain will be inconsequential relative to eating at maintenance calories where you don’t get fat, and can easily transition to a cut when you’re ready.

You don't have to wait that long, because testosterone is crucial even in a non cycle but just at least be educated on everything possible in that and diet and training for at least 6 months to a year:Comfy:
