I fucked 1 mtb (except 1 hooker, but was not a good experience) in my life btw.

Going to buy a Gym membership on Monday again. I actually kinda miss it; loving that routine (every human should be productive) I rotted so much lmfao.
The gym also hopefully has sauna so that’s dope.
first goal is to be 85 kg in april, should be easy

if you're higher muscle mass, a lower bf% is easier to reach since 20 pounds of fat is 10% in a 200 pound guy and 20% bf in a 100 pound guy
