Yes naturally I have high levels of norepinephrine in my system

I’m the kind of guy that worries 24/7 about what to do next
Although my memory is enhanced by using nootropic compounds like Noopept, semax, huperzine a etc…

When I do Boxing sparring or shadow-visualization for 20 minutes my norepinephrine/dopamine shoots up.

It must be amazing to have high nore/dopa all the time.

dopa wise I’m in the end of the spectrum
but work wise I always put on more work than most people because I’m driven mostly by guilt and anxiety ie high norepinephrine


Also dude there are nootropics to increase your norepinephrine significantly
Yohimbine for me is stronger than addy from a norepinephrine point of view
It literally feels like a stun but more physical than mental

Also dude Arabs or Middle Easterners in general are the racial group which has the highest levels of cortisols compared to other groups
