Surgery is more about correcting failos than just adding points, there are very few opportunities to add points to a face that’s already ok. So it’s much more possible to go from LTN to HTN than from MTN to above the normie range.

Getting to Chadlite via surgery would mean something like a base of 6’+ with a top tier eye area, but recessed jaw and/or fucked up nose, that’s nowhere near 1% of the population.
