Idk, I use tret 0.05, estriol 0.3, isotret 20mg, dutasteride 1mg all daily and i'm good, I highly doubt that it matters

Estriol absorption is subepidermal and it has nothing to do with systemic blood estrogen levels, also no interaction between them
