Estrogen and puberty: a dilemma?

I learned today, that low estrogen can inhibit gains, so if I take too many AI’s, I’m fucked in terms of muscle growth. However, height is more important than muscle, so extremely low estrogen will benefit me in the long term, but if I want my face to grow in dimorphism along with muscle/frame like @androgenic (I assume his facial transformation was due to putting on muscle + androgens), I presume it won’t be able to if I keep estrogen crashed so what the fuck do I do?

You will still gain muscle.
