I'm 14, I've struggled with gynecomastia since I was maybe 12 or so, anyways I'm considering taking oestrogen blockers if the gyno doesn't fade with time. Also heard it increases testosterone so that's a positive with it as well, so by the time I'm 16 or so and the gyno hasen't faded should i take the blockers or just get surgery?

Gyno goes away on each own after puberty. Don’t take estrogen blockers because if your system didn’t need it, it wouldn’t produce it. Fix your diet, go to the gym and really do anything natural than you can do

when I get into the gym should I go for a lean bulk or a cut? cause right now I'm 6ft and 56 kg but im worried due to the weight gain that it could trigger more gyno to form.

Take 1.25-2.5 mg bromocriptine per day
It artificially nukes your prolactin to absolute 0
