estrogen plus wolffs law (15 yo retard post)

Shouldnt estrogen foods and Wolffs law be a great duo? Estrogen makes the bones healthy and adaptable, whilst estrogen deficient bones fracture under stress from Wolffs law. Just wanted clarification before i try it. My source of estrogen would be raw milk (from pregnant cows), livers, and egg yolks and all full-fat dairy products.
these will be the main stuff i will be consuming:
(going to post more clarified plan later)
(and also i will not be taking no more estrogen than necessary so my bones dont soften too much)
  • Calcium
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin K2
  • Magnesium
  • Collagen/gelatin
  • Protein
  • Zinc/Boron
 
Im pretty sure eating raw dairy isnt gonna affect your hormones in any meaningful way
