High E = Shorter female (the best option)
Neutral E = Average female (optimal)
Low E = Taller female (trash)

Low E = Tall male 193-230cm (means low T, which is why europeans are tall because they're low T, not diet aka trash)
Neutral E = Average male 175-190cm (best option, probably best height ever for males, this usually means you're high T but not too high E)
High E = Short male sub175cm (good if high T, because high T usually means high E but because of estrogenization of modern society this is not the case usually many short males nowadays are low T and high E which means short!)

Doesn't apply to everyone. Some women can have big tits and ass(high e and be also tall)

Parents height matters more than hormones alone. Yes hormones matter but if both parents are tall it's the highest deciding factor

He is actually pretty right about the T thing for males tho, high t is general also high E which closes growth plates you gotta curb it using aromasin.

Reason why you see some developed robust tallcels is because they are also high T but they lack the estrogen receptors in their femur growth plates so they still grow tall until they eventually fuse ( because estrogen is still there ) and also get masculinization on their face. Genetics are still there obviously but if ur plates never close you can grow your whole life because hgh is secreted
