Now that I had gyno removal I dont want it to comeback.

It only appeared last year, when I started drinking a shit ton of yogurts with whey protein, so I see a very strong direct correlation.
After doing a bit of research I found a video claiming that 80% of the estrogens you consume come from dairy, so I guess this is a goodbye to Dairy for me

Having high estrogen sucks so fucking much, it makes your face look bloated and having gyno is also brutal

It's pointless to be on looksmax if you don't get gyno surgery first, tbh.

Plenty of women will be grossed out when shirts come off and it also rules out wearing t-shirts and other casual clothing outside.
Can't go out on the beach either without kids and teenagers pointing and laughing at the person.

There isn't a worse fate aesthetics wise a man can suffer in this life, except maybe having a deformed face from an accident.

Personally, I think insurance or the state should pay for mens gyno surgery, just as women get free surgery for tubular breasts which is a genetic defect. Both can ruin a mans/womans life.

Pseudogyno goes away with fat loss. It's real gyno (glandular) that is the issue. That only goes away with surgery.

Very true, I didn't get insurance to pay for my gyno surgery but I had the money so now it's removed
But there's always the chance the gyno can comeback and I don't want it to happen

I think it has to do with how receptive to estrogens your body is, if you dont have the genetics for gyno you will not get it
