Deathnic = EA , SEA and SA. Ethnic = Black and Latino. Just a separation on how large the ethnic tax is.

you do realize that a ''brazilian'' is often quite darker than an indian? you do realize that brazilians often have what certain people here consider to be alien blood (negroid), while indians are fully caucasoid right?

Not as high of a tax as the ethnicities I listed but yes these groups also get taxed significantly.
