As you can see here, I just opened his latest activity and BOOM. Repping an entire thread. Did he interact with the entire thread -- NO. He's simply repping the entire thread. Is this a one off -- NO. There are countless examples where he does this, he reps entire threads and profile posts.
Why would someone go out of their way to do this? For fun? For that direct dopamine. NO. He wants something in return -- he RECEIVES something in return.
Reps.
This is a giant repfarm operation that countless new users do. It causes repflation, which I can explain in another thread if need be.

Now, this is where the answer to "why does he do this?" is revealed.
Just look at the comments, "ty" "im undeserving."
People will naturally be grateful and therefore try to REPAY the favour by repping him back. It's simple.
