Ethnic guy gets decent results with rhino

The thing with ethnics with bulbose noses and thick skin is that their rhino results always end up looking way worse than their before, but if you get an ethnic plasty which specializes in working on thicker skin and more bulbous noses.


The results are good because the nose still suits his phenotype and he looks less ethnic now

Most of these surgeons use lens distortion to amplify the results of the surgery by a lot this bloatcels nose did improve but not to the degree the photos present

Not sure about that because the thing about the black pheno
Is that they usually have more wider noses and bulbousness, which is extremely common. If he try to aim for a Eurocentric look despite his phenotype but being close to a white mans
It will end up looking weird.
