Yeah I have celiacs disease and lactose intolerance so like I can't even eat most junk foods. I guess if your drinking soda, eating chips, lots of butter cheese bread etc its easy to get fat but like for me its hard to get fat off rice, meat, veggies, fruits, eggs, etc

The only junk food I eat is like fried chicken, tacos, etc but even that isn't that high calorie

well yea its harder to gain weight like that but they mostly eat high processed foods that are obv not good for u so they gain weight very fast. thats how i grew up eating and i was insanely fat as a kid not as much now but its a junk food issue for sure

If you put these guys on test and tren they’ll get jacked tho bc of nutrient partitioning lots of bodybuilders eat really junk food even for me it’s hard to get big once your over 200 pounds but eating clean is better for health
