Ethnic Rhinoplasty for AA

Do anybody know any good ethnic rhinoplasty surgeons for African American noses in the USA or Turkey? Optimally I would like to got to Atlanta since that’s the closest. I’m not trying to get a thin ski slope nose but I want more symmetry in the nasal area and smaller nasal base. Also I don’t want to pay more than 20k for the surgery as i am a brokecel. This kinda an example I’m looking for
