I fell for the beta carotene meme and my skin is legit olive oil now (eat 3 carrot stalks a day plus tons of other veggies) My family used to comment about how I was always the whitest out of everyone before all this smfh. Gonna lay off the carrots and see if I can reverse it might be a slight improvement
