I think you have never been to the Bay area or have interacted with someone working in IT and Finance in the US if you would, you'd know it is all immigrants. Most people in these type of fields are extremely high iq and analytical thinkers. 99% of people in Finance have a maths or physics background that care 0% about their looks or someone's race their main concern is profits. Just look at the people who handle quant and index funds. It is the same for IT. Just niggas that literally can think and imagine concepts in code and it is all mostly Jews, Asians and curries. Those are the illegal and low iq immigrants that squat on properties but the thing is both the high IQ and low IQ ones immigrate to the western countries and they both eat jobs and lower Quality of life for eveeyone around. The high IQ ones make the local degree holders useless because they either come with more experience/specialized skills or are willing to work for less. And the low IQ ones eat up blue collar jobs because they are willing to work for very low wages, live in huge groups of 7-8 people in small apartments like cockroaches and increase housing prices. There is no shortage of high paying software jobs actually. In Bay area and NYC itself there are thousands of job openings every week but for every job opening there are ten thousand more fresh CS graduates trying for it. There is demand but the supply for it is even higher because of everyone glorifying the work life in these MNCs with those Infamous Day in the life as Google/Microsoft/Apple software engineer youtube videos. There are over 120,000 new CS graduates comimg out of US colleges every and then add the ones from abroad that apply for the same positions. There is just no way everyone can get a job so obviously the ones that even get a call for interview are the ones with exceptional resumes.
