The woman, has an IQ of 139, no underlying health issues, blood type O, she doesn't have the same positive health traits that the man has, but similar blood types, aswell as just general similar genetic compatibility because of race, aswell as their IQ's generally and likely averaging out still in a positive way, may make them genuinely more Eugenically compatible with one another.

So you would have a system in place, an app and a website perhaps, where you, you are able to find others who are the most Eugenically compatible with you, and if you decide to Marry one, you will get an extraordinary amount of benefits.

So the man and the woman decide to get married together, there may have been other options, some less compatible, some more compatible, it doesn't matter overall, they still made a Eugenic decision to be together, perhaps socially they just bonded more than any other choice on the list.
