There really is a problem with peptides in Europe. I ordered reta from a “European” website (Austria), and it was cloudy and ineffective. Then I found the manufacturer’s contact directly and started handling the supply myself.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from Europe. It’s better to buy a cream containing GHK-Cu. It’s not inferior to the injectable form, and it’s easier to find, and safer...
