So we already have natural selection but that doesn't really work because even if only the Best men survive, most subhuman foids will still live and give birth to more subhumans. If a farmer can make a better cow through selective breeding, why not do the same thing with Humans? The USA(best nation ever) had eugenics for a large part of the 20th century and they turned out really well.
