I was prescribed 20mg ir 2x a day, i only do 10mg mon-thurs and sometimes more

O my fucking god no no no. I know I'm just a random on a forum but take my advice over that of your doctor because your doctor is legitimately an actual retard.
I would write an explanation but it would be super long. Instead, watch these video's
watch everything:



your doctor has a malicious intent in giving you that much.
I'll give basic guidelines, don't take over 15mg a day, only use it when you need your brain to be effective (studying, sports etc.), don't take it late as it will ruin your sleep.
I legit want to kill your doctor, what a fucking retard, his doctorate should be revoked.

Alright im glad i found this out before i started taking it a lot, i cut the dose quite a while back bc everyone td me it was too much. I agree though, way too much

I rewatched the video because I forgot how good it was. He basically explained how you could gain a huge advantage on literally everyone if you use nootropics correctly. Adderall seems so op. You are so lucky you live in America
