Euro or Dollar?

Title, just to calculate my income growth, networth and so on. I run a little something so yes this is valuable info to me.

I live in Sweden, so my money is in SEK but I need a currency I can switch to when I'm comparing to other companies in my sector online. I obviously mean the British Pound and the American Dollar by the way.

Right now the Euro is stronger than the Dollar but the dollar is "more known".
