I wouldn't trust any surgeon that charges so little money. Rhinoplasty has a very high dissatisfaction rate and you only have one chance to get it right. Go to the website of your country's rhinoplasty surgeon association and do some research on the executive members, you should be able to find someone who is good and not too expensive.
