This is only true for wage cucks. For alot of careers (esp in tech), you can easily get 1-2 weeks off out of the year. And it usually goes up the longer you work for a company. It's not close to 40 days but it's still pretty decent.

Like with my current job, I'm maybe productive 70% of the time and 30% is chilltime yet I get paid a shit ton of money. There are alot of down periods where you can just chill and still get paid for doing nothing (and doing whatever you want in that free time) - & this is the case esp since alot of jobs are going remote/work from home. This was pretty much at every single job i've ever had.
