Everyday I keep hearing about how immigration is destroying Europe but is there a single politicians who actually wants to completely stop immigration ? Even the most unhinged ones are ready to import a stream of 10000 Indians/Chinese for some skilled bullshit. Meanwhile you have a cost of living problem that most dont want to touch and local indsutry is dying due to austerity. Innovation is slow compared to USA and China because there is no depth of capital. Europeans decided that it was better to work less than bare minimum and still live like a king and now their children will pay for it with their life.
