Evaluate my cycle for reduction. Any suggestions?

My stats:

26 years
185 cm (no hair no shoes)
25% BF
Lean mass: 70 kg
Total mass: 93 kg

My target:

Lean mass: 70 kg
Total mass: 77 kg

Week 1-12 Trenbolone Ace 600mg + Testosteron Propio 600mg
Week 12- 16 PCT with Tamoxifen

Exercise:

Cardio - 4 times per week - 10 km walk or 20 km bicycle.



Four months pause and again.if needed...

if i was you i would not inject testosteron.

So you want to take over a gram of gear and your end goal from the cycle is to gain 0 muscle mass? Sounds like a plan

First of all, get down to 10-15% bf and then bulk
Next, are you sure you really need tren? Test alone will give you solid results, if you want get a oral to kickstart like dbol

Also how long do you already train, is your training and nutrition on point?

Nutrition is on point, I do cardio 3 times per week - 10- 20 km walks
