The plan is to expand (ideally with MSE) and then go for Bimax. Thoughts?

Would say bimax ccw and gonial implants

your palate is canted and mse will exacerbate this

Show your side profile

Brutal downward growth

You mean that it will expand more one side than the other? I am a bit afraid of the famous MSE asymmetry to be honest

yeah. You can get away with a little bit but if your goal is 12mm, the asymmetry will become obvious in your case.

I would like to expand between 6 and 8 mm, I do not wish to go crazy on the expansion. Some of the folks Ronald Ead's chats with have truly scary results, I may have to schedule a consultation with him

I do worry for your already full upper lip after bimax

Utterly over.

30mm bsso + ccw lf3 asap

I think you need ramus vertical osteotomy + bimax ccw. Did the surgeon mention bad teeth inclination? They seem very compensated (i assume you wore braces for a long time as a teenager). You would probably need to decompensate first and then have the surgery

Yes, I have a notorious compensation which I pretend to fix with corticotomy + invisalign after MSE. You are spot on, I did wear braces for years. The plan is to expand as much as possible and finish with surgery, although it may have never begun.

By the way, what would be the point of ramus vertical osteotomy?

I think this would be a minor problem. I can always get lip reduction surgery
Meant philtrum. Make sure you get chimpmaxxed

I dont really know much about it, but your ramus seem short and that would make it bigger. The problem is that those are a lot of procedures which means a good chance of unfavourable outcome. Just make sure you explore this possibility with a good surgeon
