My background
Hello, firstly I will introduce myself and give you context behind this work. I entered this forum 5 years ago and started reading about looksmaxing. Although at a time I was sceptical of bonesmashing I gave it a chance after a while, starting lightly but as seeing results I increased intensity. That, along with some other practises and obviously natural development due to puberty made me ascend hard. I will post transformation pictures soon. As real life became fun I distanced myself from the community and forum as it can be quite toxic and even at the beginning I used it only for advice. Time went by and I got interested in the question of how can I explain people that bonesmashing works. I ended up studding medicine thus decided to dive into the literature and make this work. (script was written a while ago thus video says three but currently its been 4.5 years). After successfully bonesmashing for 4* years and achieving a remarkable transformation in my facial structure. As-well as diving extremely deep into the literature surrounding bone physiology and it’s adaptive response to stimuli. I have decided to share my story and talk about how bonesmashing positively impacted my life furthermore I want to demonstrate what I’ve learned from the scientific literature and real-life experience. Thus I condensed a lot of knowledge into this video series. This introductory episode, as part of the greater series, serves to present the goal I aim to accomplish through the project and functions as a overview. One very much needed considering the quite complex structure of upcoming content. I also wish to collect like-minded and capable individuals who are as interested in looksmaxxing as I am, by provoking critical but open-minded thinking and inviting you to express your well-thought-out opinions in a discussion.
Goal of the series
My plan is to start this of by showcasing my goals for this series. But before that I must address something of equal importance. That is to explain what this series is not about witch is the following. Firstly, validity of blackpills ideology bears no say in this discussion as this is a scientific work. That means the question of “do looks matter” doesn’t change if your bones will grow by the practise of bonesmashing. Second to that is the question of what looksmaxing concept influences facial attractiveness the most. Is it symmetry, harmony or your fucking hair, it does not matter here. Now do not misunderstand that as me disregarding those questions as irrelevant. Quite the contrary, I am of the opinion those are both discussions worth having but not now. So what is the goal here if not previously mentioned topics? Well, I only want to do what the tittle suggests. That is to answer once for all if bonesmashing causes meaningful bone growth (Meaningful is defined here as one that would influence outwards facial appearance). Nothing more and nothing less. How do we conduct about this adventure in a proper scientific manner. Due to it being impossible to conduct a randomized control trial with the aim to discover the efficaciousness of this practise we must suffice with theory and anecdotes. Considering I’ll address theory in its entirety through this series. I must also discuss the present status anecdotal evidence have in this discussion and the broader looksmaxxing sphere. We have seen people come and go, showing their drastic facial transformations and attributing them to bonesmashing. Often these anecdotes don’t hold their strength as evidence upon a more extensive analysis. Past schemes ran by scammers trying to sell their courses. The prevalence of faking transformations using photo-shop and lighting manipulation. All that, has left the credibility of anecdotal evidence in the community weakened. Thus I haven't shown my 4 year transformation yet. I will do it soon with my eyes blurred. And as for my credibility to discuss physiology, although I'm not a medical doctor yet but a student, I still believe I have the skills necessary to talk about this on the level I am about to do so. I am almost entirely sure that this video series will convince you in that ability of mine as-well as bonesmashings efficacy because spoiler-alert, it fucking works. Regarding bone research we are thankful to have access to a plenty of literature diving extremely deep into bone physiology due to the prevalence of osteoporosis and other bone conditions in witch the medical field is obviously interested in. Starting of with the 19th century law everybody are familiar with, Wolf's law. Then the enormous amount of work done by a very prominent ostelogist Harold Frost and finally ending up at modern osteology science. We have everything we need and more, to assess bonesmashings efficacy in the context of looksmaxing. So allow me to present the overview of my plan on how I intend to do just that. Firstly we shall answer “does bone have enough adaptive ability to induce meaningful growth” following that we need to know “what stress is required in order to induce meaningful bone growth” and finally “does bonesmashing produce a force great enough to create a stress required in order to induce meaningful bone growth”
Overview

The Evaluation of Bonesmashing will consist of 6 main episodes, this one included, witch will together function to assess bonesmashings efficacy and a few complementary episodes. Those should help you better follow the upcoming line of evidence that will consist of firstly updating ourselves on the current scientific consensus on bones adaptive ability to mechanical stimuli.

Simply repeating what a 19th century surgeon said is not sufficient enough evidence thus, in the next episode, we will dive into physiology of bone modeling and remodeling and the purpose of that process. We must fully elaborate on that ability of bone to change its architecture in accordance to mechanical stress. By doing this we will conclude the episode by answering the initial relevant question of “does bone have enough adaptive ability to induce meaningful growth”.

But what also concerns us is how do bones detect mechanical stress as a stimuli for purposeful growth. They must have an ability to sense their physical conditions, mechanosensation and mechanotransduction, as-well as the capacity to sufficiently comprehend those sensations to an extent that they can adapt to them. The complex and abstractly defined biological machinery responsible for this is mechanostat and we must analyse it. At that point of the series we will understand how bones detect mechanical stress and exactly how and why they adapt to it. Mechanical stress can be expressed in a something that usually resembles a wave function. Two variables being amplitude and frequency. We will define amplitude as peak stress on the bone and frequency as how often the peak stress occurs during the discussed mechanical usage. As stress induces deformation or strain this is what your bones will interpret as a stimuli. Finally, we can discuss how the amplitude of stress or strain affects bones adaptive response to that mechanical stress. That will give us an understanding of the adaptive responses dependency on the quantitative features of physical stress a bone is subjected to. Bringing us closer to our goal by answering the second relevant question of “what stress is required in order to induce meaningful bone growth”
IV Episode
Hopefully you are following along here despite it being somewhat abstract still. To summarize it in laymen terms. We at this point know under how much stress a bone needs to be put under in order to experience a adaptive response resulting in safe bone growth. What is left for us to do in the fifth episode is to calculate how much stress a somewhat average bonesmashing hit creates and using some dubious calculations assess whether or not it falls into the strain range that would result in a favourable adaptive response for our looksmaxing endeavours. That can be done by using young module to calculate the pressure needed to create a deformation of 2000uq, as that one induces a favourable response. Knowing pressure is a function of force and area we can measure the area of our hits, then standardize them in terms of that variable. Then by plugging that area into the pressure equation we are left with the force required by our smashes to induce meaningful growth. Comparing that to the actual force generated by our smashes we answer the final relevant question “does bonesmashing produce a force great enough to create a stress required in order to induce meaningful bone growth”. If our hits produce relevant forces according to the results of our previous calculation we may conclude the following. “Bonesmashing produces forces great enough to create strains detectable via mechanostat ability of bone and sufficient to induce meaningful bone growth by activating bone modelling machinery.” If instead our calculation shows that our hits lack the power to match the calculated force needed to induce bone growth. We can conclude bonesmashing as a cope. That result would mark an end to the scientific evaluation of this practise. But in a case results come in favour of bonesmahing it marks a new beginning. One of significance for the lookmaxing community as the optimization of this practise via some experimentation and the integration of scientific literature, could provide a valid method for looksmaxing.
V Episode
There will also be a tangent episode discussing high frequency and low magnitude strains. After this, the seventh episode would be the one in witch we create practical guidelines when making a bonesmashing program. Putting everything we learned to practise. Two main question arise here. One concerning the field of facial aesthetics and other related to a part of osteology research. We must explore how underlying bone structure influences aesthetics and what is the best pattern of increasing bone-mass with the goal of improving attractiveness and the importance of individual variability. Second question is that of the routine aka volume, intensity and frequency as-well as possible application of periodization techniques. This will be done by filtering out as much potentially useful information from medical research and extrapolating it as practical guidelines for a bonesmashing practise. I also wish to contribute with my long bonesmashing experience by telling you anecdotally what works and what doesn’t. This is where my abilities are truly limited witch is why I appreciate any feedback done in a proper. I would really like if we as a community bundled together, tried different things and slowly optimized bonesmashing in a way that would improve the risk to reward profile. But getting back to the overview. After this you should know if bonesmashing works and how to do it properly.
VI Episode
Finally I couldn’t do this without talking about drugs. Thus I saved that topic as a cherry on top or a episode in witch we discuss diet and supplements as-well as the influence some pharmaceutical interventions might possibly have on bonesmashing. Together with this comes a deep-dive into the biochemical signalling pathways related to everything relevant for the series including all physiologic concepts from previous episodes and pharmaceuticals from the last.
Invitation
Now that I defined what exact goals I aim to accomplish with this project and have outlined a general path I’ll take in doing so. We came to a point where I am inviting you to explore these ideas with me. I want to stir a discussion about this, test some hypothesis and theories. Maybe we end up optimizing this practise into something useful in a looksmaxxing context or maybe not. Although I can not guarantee anything at this point I certainly believe this is something worth exploring and I wish to have your presence on that journey. All that is needed for this is some intellect, fortitude and a hard object. Truly an iconic trio. Keep in mind that understanding the details and intricacies of physiologic concepts that I will be going over in this series is not necessary to make a great transformation using bonesmashing, assuming it works obviously. This in-depth level of knowledge and information only serves as a method of assessing bonesmashings efficacy. That being the whole point of the series. Beyond the scope of this evaluation I also think some of the concepts could have the potential to evolve this practise into something greater. There is a surprisingly high amount of information that I suspect can be used in a practical way to make bonesmashing a both safe and effective looksmaxing tool.
Warning
After mentioning safety I feel obliged to present a warning at the end of this first episode as-well. I know bonesmashing often gets meme’d on rightfully so. For obvious reasons there exist a myriad of concerns and dangers that come along with this practise. They must be addressed and taken care of so we can firstly evaluate the risk to reward profile and then improve it. I hope we can turn this into a safe and effective looksmaxing practise by integrating scientific evidence with bro-science just like it is done in bodybuilding.
Outro
So despite the somewhat ridiculous nature of this practise please give me an opportunity to show you serious theoretical evidence of how it could potentially be a viable method of improving your bone structure tremendously. If you are watching this in the future when the whole series has been completed. I might have made some changes to the organisation of the content and if I did so there will be notes somewhere so please check those. That brings us to the end of this introduction. Next episode marks the beginning of our exploration, we will discuss the Wolff’s law from a perspective of modern medical science witch boils down to the processes of bone modeling and remodeling. I hope you stick through the series as-well as get something useful out of it. So I welcome you, to both the series and the channel, please interact with the thread and until the next one goodbye.
