I know a guy who is 188cm and he uses height insoles and platform shoes to be 195cm. I also am 185cm and own height insoles and wear them occasionaly to be 188cm since i don't feel tall at all.
In my high school there used to be people younger than me who were easly 190+ and man its brutal to get called tall all my life but reach my max at 15 and never grow any more after that.
Also i rarely see people in the middle on a height scale its mostly sub 175cm manlets or 185cm and taller and the amonut of people on both sides of the spectrum is more or less equal
