Even a 7 inch wrist isnt small

My chad cousin is like this (he has 8.5 wrists), he has a beach body with a 6 pack, good shoulders and pecks while eating 2000 calories daily and doing pullups just once weekly, mogs me to oblivion. Genes are literally everything, lifting is a meme
agreed, i have that one friend where everyone thinks he is some sporty ass kid but he told me he just do some pullups and dips and stuff, he is mascular due to 21cm wrists

Yep, you are one of the few who get it, the more girth your bones have, the bigger the muscle bellies themselves are as well, its proportional. And this leads to tighter body fat which means you can have more bf and still look lean. Couple all of this with high T from good genes which make you muscles naturally look bigger and it's a wrap, suicidefuel for coping gymcels.

In highschool me and my cousin were always together, and people would ask him how long does he lift cause of his massive natural bones and frame, meanwhile they would ask me when will i start lifting even though i lifted 6 months by that point and my arms grew almost 5cm in circumference.

my wrists are 19,5cm yet my biceps is only 36,2cm after some months training, I curl 38kg for reps tho

Its cope bro, this illusion is legit when you are SOLO, but when you are in a group it doesn't work, trust me, my biceps grew from 32cm to 37cm and still people were wondering when im starting to lift

1) majority of people with thin wrists have shit frame, low test and bad genetics overall
2) people with traits described above will be unable to attain a "good" physiqe

I've never said that outliers that have thin wrists BUT good genetics otherewise don't exist.

I think its safe to say that if you have thin wrists, bad frame, low T - you simply won't have a "good physique"

now, since I see your reading comprehention is not the best, dont confuse me saying you wont have a "good physique" with me saying "you wont be able to improve at all"
