Thats the most brutal blackpill. Even if you somehow manage to ascend, in your mind you will always be the small, ugly kid. Even if you have success with women, one little flake, on little rejection and you will doubt yourself again: "Am I good looking enough?", "Do I need another surgery?", "Is my bf low enough?".
