You're better than the 99% of men who are completely oblivious to any of this stuff and how much it matters. If you bring up plastic surgery to the vast vast majority of ugly men, they will scoff at the idea even if they have the money. Also perfect hygiene, not mouth breathing, and working out (or leanmaxxing at the very least) are absolutely fundamental to looksmaxxing so thats also a huge benefit. it was an exaggerated number, but point is that the % of men who wouldn’t get plastic surgery even if they could afford it is extremely high. The 3 things I mentioned are just looks adding baselines
