That would mean you would see them pretty often if you spend hours walking in a big city. You can see hundreds of people on a busy day. Proper chads (Hexum tier etc) are way less common than 1% I think.

1/100 is still too common for a Chad unless you're referring to an overall Chad so it's not just face, but height, body, etc.
A facial Chad is much rarer than 1%, I'd say around .001% or 1/100000

I used to work in Park Ave Upper East Side Manhattan,Chelsea etc all upper echelon areas of the city never ever saw a PSL chad,a few stacies but never a chad.

A lot of the rich execs in NYC are just really tall af tho thats something weird I've noticed,but their faces are normie.
