Context:I was walking with my girlfriend and her friend

Story: there was a crackhead hopping a fence across the street, and I said

“Look at the crackhead over their”

Then her friend whispered to my girlfriend and point at me and said

“There’s one over their to” (referring to me)

As the friend pointed to me my girlfriend glances over to me and started laughing and she turned around back to her friend and they both started giggling.

This is not it…the whole hour (majority of it not all) of us hanging out together the friend kept making jokes about my looks (trying to whisper about it but I still heard) and my girlfriend laughed at every joke.

And today my girlfriend sent me a sticker of herself with a weird filter and I said

“Still cute”

and she had the nerves to reply with

“Not as cute as you”

So question, does my girlfriend think I’m ugly because she was laughing at the jokes or did she only laugh at the jokes so it didn’t make things awkward between her and her friend? (My girlfriend is very shy and really doesn’t speak up for herself…but also I’m not trying to cope so be honest).
