Having too much sex is cope ngl, you can use all that energy and time to be more productive and experience other things. It's cool to have sex from time to time but if I had a gf and we lived together 3 times a week would be ideal at least after the honeymoon phase

Sex is the ultimate cope, especially fruitless promiscuous sex with random sluts you don't even care about. It's all about ego and fleshly insatiability in those instances. Making love to someone you love in a serious relationship, especially if it may result in having kids, that's actually one of the best things you can do in life.
