Tbh being lean and debloated IS important to do before getting surgeries, but don’t remove buccal fat unless you are truly one of those rare cases where it is the best option

it increases masseter muscle size, but unless you have good gonions and masseter quality (which most men don't have), it will just make you look more bloated

this is why I believe implants are better for most men

yeah, you need to be very conservative with jaw angle implants, they are super easy to botch compared to some other surgeries, but when done right, they can provide a massive boost in looks

I plan on getting them within the next couple of years, and the design I will need is quite conservative, but they would have a noticable change on the way my jaw looks (mainly trying to achieve wider gonions that are also a bit more angular if possible, made some morphs and they improve my face quite a bit without throwing off harmony)
