An incredible observation. I started liking the taste of raw fish and raw fat, after around a month of adaptation and eating only raw fish (with 0 seared meat or anything like that), and a month of sunbathing (which does change your mitochondrial and cellular health).
My very taste and hunger adapted and changed.
Another thing is 'agedness' after unfreezing of fish, if it stays at room temperature unfrozen long enough, the taste improves.
It's very easy to eat by my rules now, even with 0 sauces.
