Its been around me my whole life but bp really set it in stone for me. I don’t know what i’m gonna do. I didn’t consent to being born, I wish people would take a second and think before they have kids. I’ve truly reached rock bottom. Idk if i can cope anymore 😔😔.

You shouldn't ever say that tbh
Don't let another person define your worth and you agree nodding your head like a bitch

Ultimately we aren't even flesh and bones. If I ask you who you are, and you think for a minute and reply with: "my mind"... then you would still be wrong.
You're right that everything is fundamentally through your own perception. How you subjectively perceive reality is what "reality" is for you. And we perceive everything through our own minds

But it goes deeper than that...

The real you, is not your external body. No. It's not your internal mind. No. It's your consciousness. Or rather.. your soul

And the strangest part of it is, it's close to impossible to tap into it. Maybe only a few enlightened individuals have ever been able to. But that's your life form, that's what gives existence to you right now
The force that allows a puppet to move

Don't limit your view to something as vain as how good your genes are according to society. Because truth is, that isn't even the real you
This might be your millionth life, it might be your first..

I believe the soul progresses and makes up for its karmic debt, every life moving up. It would explain how some humans are born into this world totally calm; they exist within their own dimension. Are close to the end of their soul's journey. No attachments, no greed, no ego. They just do their duty and do good.
It makes intuitive sense, given everything in the Universe follows symmetry. We are here on Earth inhabiting a human body as a way to purify our souls. Through getting rid of our accumulated negative karmas

And when we have finished the sufficient cycles, we get to merge with God. A drop returning back to the Ocean.
A purified soul having returned

It's hard to keep this mentality, especially when everybody around you is ignorant and moved so much by worldly endeavours. There's no shame in doing that. We do exist through our brains, and as a result we do possess carnal desires. Just make sure you pursue "doing good", even if everybody around you is practicing Evil. You must not fall like them
Don't restrict yourself to be on their level & don't reduce yourself to the temporary carcass you're inhabiting for the remaining 70 years

I dont believe in god, but thank you. It’s been rough lately noticing all the patterns of how people are treated based on things completely out of their control. People don’t even realize their unconscious biases. I wish more people were educated in this stuff, i feel like it would make the world a kinder place. I do genuinely appreciate your message though, thank you. I will take your advice.

the greatest irony of this world, is that when you chase happiness, you end up miserable. no exception. everyone that makes chasing happiness their reason to be alive, go down a very bad spiral and end up depressed, suicidal, etc.

on the other hand, those who actively seek to do what's RIGHT, experience real friendships, brotherhood, and peace of mind.

why would nature make it? whats the evolutionary characteristic here? there's no biological objective reason for it. you act like an animal, you end up miserable. you do what's correct, you end up receiving happiness as reward.

why would it be like this, if god wasn't a thing? i see no reason.

You mean whywould nature create brotherhoods? We get mood-boosting chemicals from social groups because they helped us from dying thousands of years ago.

Part of the reason i’m alive is because of my friends. But at the same time some of the things they say to me remind me that they still view me as inferior due to my height, no matter what i say or do.

Exactly
Everything is fundamentally tilted towards brutality. At least in the world governed by 'nature'. The idea to gain energy is by the consumption and death of another. It's barbaric
So given the assumption of symmetry, which intuitively makes sense, it'll only have been (as you've said):
1. done intentionally - to have such a significant tilt from true neutrality (can't exist in accordance with symmetry principle unless it's been tilted off the axis with intention)
2. if done intentionally --> done for purpose - by God --> presumably as a purification process of a deeper entity that for sure precedes and succeeds human existence

I've personally given up chasing happiness too. People nowadays find happiness through degenerate forms rooted in hedonism.
I'm trying to pursue fulfilment, to be content. But it's a difficult transition
