Ever since I started gymmaxing my acne has gotten stronger

I think the reasons are higher T and whey protein

All dairy products give me insane acne

No benefits to almond milk it's just processed trash you would be better off drinking water, op you should try goat milk it's less prone to intolerance and highly nutritive

you dont need to drink whey protein unless you aren't getting enough from your diet
start eating cleaner e.g., lean beef mince, chicken breast, (add some flavouring so it isnt bland and its great)
with fruits, veggies and retinol i have great skin and im on gear, it was quite bad before i fixed my diet
dairy is definitely a cause yea, its good for muscle growth tho

Gym / heavy exercise puts excessive stress on the body which can manifest itself in acne even without the diet component
