Ever since starting test waking up middle of night

Few weeks into testosterone I just wake up in the middle of the night pee and instantly go back to sleep. I’ve been trying melatonin, glycine, l-theanine, and magnesium glycinate. But still just wake up one time at night, but I do fall back asleep instantly. Is this normal, will It fix on its own, or should I be worried

Test raped my sleep ngl dident sleep more than 6 hours my first month of 300mg test. Consider hoping on a non cope sleep stack .

normal make sure your monitering bloodwork tho and keep up with the supps and maybe watch water intake before bed. Trens worse bro

okay, bloodwork is all good and even watching water intake before bed I still wake up. Ik I heard with tren it’s bad, personally never doing anything besides test

run the same supplements for sleep lol, but don’t take melatonin your body could easily get addicted to it and those other sups are good enough so you wouldn’t need melatonin in the first place
