ever take Ligandrol ?

i was wondering if any of yall have ever used ligandrol i am planning to use it on my lean bulk haven't really decided yet. really wanted to see if people that used it got good results , thing to watch out for , dosage , and what did you stack it with
and any suggestion on what to pair it with to maximize bone growth muscle is a secondary goal i guess (with my stack ( test 300 hgh 6iu ) )

i know s-23 is better but i dont think i can take the side effects

rn i am only on a small cycle and alr have seen my zygo's get bigger(prob placebo ) dont know if im a hyper responder but wasn't there a studie that showed people only on 0.5mg-3mg i think and their bone mineral density increased
