It's completely normal for example for an Iraqi couple or a Syrian woman to give birth to a child that looks like Obama and nobody will question it or see it as strange in any way. Nobody will say "shouldn't he be paler than that?" or "why does our child have an afro?" etc. This is because Muslims make no discrimination against black features. There is no racial hierarchy in Islam.
